2008 Was a great year for the Immersion Teacher Training Program, 2009 promised to be an even better year for taking a deeper step into your yoga studies and teaching aspirations!

Kula Yoga Studio's 200 hour Teacher Training program utilizes both the Anusara Immersion and Anusara Teacher Training to fullfill Yoga Alliances requirements to be registered as a Yoga School and to certify instructors as Certified Yoga Instructors. Grounded in the philosopical basis of Intrinsic Goodness that rests at the heart of Anusara Yoga, Kula Yoga Studio's Teacher Training program is about expanding the experience of goodness in each of us and for some, helping others to expand this experience for themselves.
